Particularly, it is recommended that the Parliament recommit the draft laws on amendments to the Law "On Notary" (re executing heritage in villages where there are no notaries) (Reg. No. 2187a) and on amendments to several Laws of Ukraine re executing vacant heritage) (Reg. No. 2220a).
During the meeting, the Committee considered 43 draft laws and resolutions in compliance with requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine.
Particularly, the Committee recognized the following bills as contradicting to the Basic Law of Ukraine:
on the title “City of military glory” (Reg. No. 1094);
on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re implementation of the death penalty as punishment) (Reg. No. 2128);
on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re strengthening counter actions against extremist activity) (Reg. No. 2600a);
on State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine (Reg. No. 3042);
on amendments to the Law “On implementation of decisions and practice of the European Court of Human Rights (re improvement of procedure of implementing decisions and suggestions of the European Court of Human Rights) (Reg. No. 3075);
on anti-corruption inspection of officials of all levels (Reg. No. 3121);
on amendments to article 5 of the Law “On court’s fee” (re State Agency of Fisheries of Ukraine) (Reg. No. 3645).
